The worst ever costumer service

The worst ever costumer service!
I ordered 2 shirts, it took a week for the items to be shipped. And after a week I received the message the item is not in stock. No one ever responded on the WhatsApp number nor email that i have sent. I called the number on their website and the woman was so rude, even though I didn't blame her, I just told her my experience and maybe she could work with that and her team, she was just talking in French about me to her colleague aan sighing, so unprofessional for such a brand. Really I will never order there again!!

The bag is ok ,but the postage is terrible

I recently bought your pink bag, What can I say ,the bag is ok ,but your postage is terrible you send these expensive exclusive bags in a box like a Chinese cheap toy, I generally cannot understand that it's so hard to make a beautiful box for bag . I think your bags are very expensive to be sent so casually. Of course, I didn't like it terribly , because when I bought much cheaper bags, they all come to me in wonderful boxes.
You definitely need to look at this problem and fix it.

Bag arrived damaged, customer service terrible

Bag I ordered from Jacquemus came with huge scratch through whole front side (?!). I contacted them about it, and they told me they don´t do exchanges, that I should send it back, and take into consideration that it will take another 15 days after they recieve it to give me money back. Delivery itself took long, they wrote me e-mails saying that it will come at certain day and it came many days later, so now Im going to end up for almost a month without money or bag. I wrote them that Im prepared to accept this not really understandable approach to customer - fault was on their side, and I´m prepared to wait for a month to recieve my money back and even before that to make and pay new order hopefully for not damaged bag. Then I asked about some form of compensation for all of this, small discount or at least moving me up in waiting list for another bag which is currently not available on their website. This suggestions they didn´t even found worthy of replying. I never recieved answer.
AVOID.
You can find many websites that sell Jacquemus bags, I saw them in 50% reductions. I chose to go to the source, precisely because I was expecting good customer service. I was wrong. Either avoid them at all, or if you want cheap "designer" bag, choose to shop at different place than official website.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful, they charged me more than it says on the website. Also if you’re buying from England you have to pay 20% VAT which although jacquemus said on the phone that I don’t have to pay, the delivery man at my door has held me at ransom to pay it. Absolutely disgusted, never buying a jacquemus item again.

They will send your parcel with UPS..

No company that values their customer would send a parcel via UPS (check their trustpilot page). That’s a spit in the face.
Avoid.
Now end up having infinite conversations with support trying to get my parcel delivered.
